Life After Service
Re-entering civilian life can be an insurmountable prospect for veterans with PTSD.
Veterans go to war a brotherhood. However, upon returning home, the lack of support and connection to their battle buddies can create a void with real complications for veterans, often leading to depression and isolation.
K9 Partners for Patriots provides opportunities for vets to meet each other and share their stories and similar experiences while they train their service dogs.
