A Heartfelt Celebration: Honoring a Decade of Service and Community

On November 2, 2024, the K9 Partners for Patriots family came together to celebrate ten years of life-changing impact. Our 10-Year Anniversary Open House was a day filled with gratitude, connection, and hope as we reflected on our journey and looked to an exciting future.

An Event Made Possible by Community Generosity

From start to finish, this day would not have been possible without the kindness and support of our community. With limited parking on campus, we’re incredibly grateful to Kohl’s for allowing us to use their parking lot and to GoGo Charters and Charter Up for providing transportation. Manny, our attentive and friendly driver, ensured that every guest was welcomed and transported smoothly, making their experience easy and enjoyable.

Inspiring Moments and Meaningful Connections

The event kicked off with powerful speeches from our CEO, founder, and board members. They each shared heartfelt reflections on our mission and the progress we’ve made, reminding us all of the impact that’s possible when people come together with a shared purpose. Guests also enjoyed demonstrations by our service dog teams, who showcased the unbreakable bonds they’ve built through training—a moving display of trust, resilience, and teamwork.

A Look Toward the Future

One of the highlights of the day was unveiling the plans for our new training campus! Through renderings and our team’s enthusiasm, guests got an exciting look at the future space where we’ll be able to serve even more veterans and rescue dogs. This expanded facility is a step forward in our commitment to change lives, bringing renewed purpose and hope to veterans and rescue dogs alike.

Our Mission: Serving Veterans, Changing Lives

Throughout the event, our mission was at the forefront: restoring independence and hope for our nation’s veterans. Every program, every service dog, every veteran served is made possible because of the incredible generosity of people like you. Together, we’re building a community that cares deeply about empowering veterans, saving rescue dogs, and making a lasting difference.

Join Us as a Vanguard Companion

To keep our mission thriving, we encouraged guests to join our Vanguard Companions, a monthly giving program that creates ongoing impact. Whether through a one-time gift or as a Vanguard Companion, every donation fuels our vision of restoring hope and independence for more veterans battling PTSD, TBI, and MST.

Thank You for Making This Day So Special

Thank you to everyone who came out, and to those who support us from near and far. Here’s to the next decade of hope, healing, and strength—together. We look forward to many more years of building a community that stands strong for our veterans.
