This is a story ABC Action News Reporter Jackie Callaway produced following her interview last week with K9 Partners for Patriots Veteran Liaison, Ron Flaville on the ADA laws applicable to service dogs. She was investigating an incident involving Anthony Smith (one of K9 P4P graduates) after he and his family & service dog were turned away from a Bartow restaurant.

For the record, Ron provided Jackie with thorough documentation and cited federal ADA laws as well as FL-specific statutes and exceptions much of which was omitted.
